Instructions to Delete Your Data
Submit a Request
- Send an email to help@myonlineinventory.com from the same email address associated with your account.
- Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- Provide your dealership name, account username, and any additional verification details we request to confirm ownership.
Verification
- We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
- Verification may require responding to a confirmation email or providing account-related information.
Processing
- Once verified, we will permanently delete or anonymize your account data, including dealer listings, photos, and CRM records, from our active systems within 30 days.
- Certain records (e.g., invoices, payment history, fraud prevention logs) may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
Final Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email once deletion has been completed.
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to continue using our Services, you will need to create a new account.
